Photographer's Workshop Update

Baby Tees

I love *Lap Shoulder Tees* for babys. They are a great staple to have in your baby's wardrobe as well as for a portrait session. I stumbled across THESE at amazon.com and ordered almost every color. I just received them the other day and I love them. The quality is very good especially considering the price. Check them out, I know some of my clients have had a difficult time finding the darker colors, especially black, for their babies.

Behind

I am behind on posting from my recent sessions. Here is a session I did a few weeks ago. I photograph them once a year and always have so much fun. They are always so welcoming and we always have a great time.

I love when they come back...

This is my 3rd time photographing this lil' guy...wait 4th time. :) He just gets cuter and cuter everytime I see him. I have the wonderful opportunity of photographing *Mr. S* when his dad comes to Florida for spring training. I feel so blessed to have met this family. They are wonderful and easy to work with. This past session with them was my favorite. Why? Because I find it incredibly awesome how *Mr. S.* remembers me after only seeing me once a year. Even more incredible is the bond he and I have formed. My heart melted when he got out of the car with a GINORMOUS smile on his face and ran up and gave me the biggest hug. (Have I told you lately how much I love my job!!) I wish I had more time to spend with him. He was full of hugs and had I not been there for the purpose of photographing the family, I would have spent the day just playing with him.
*S*, *E*, and *Mr.S*, thank you once again for allowing me to capture your family. You guys are awesome. Have a safe trip back and I look forward to seeing you next spring. Hugs and kisses to you, *Mr. S.*

Photographer's Workshop Update

I have had many emails asking for more information on the workshop. I figured I would update here.
We are planning a weekend workshop on a farm near Tallahassee. Arrival would be Friday afternoon. We would be doing hands-on teaching Friday afternoon into the evening. Saturday we will begin early in the morning and shoot throughout the day, working with the different lighting situations. in between we will meet inside to discuss the images, learn about my post-processing techniques, and prepare for the next shooting session. Meals will be provided. We are also securing a block rate for rooms at a local hotel.
We are settling up on the date and I should know that within the next week. As of right now the workshop will be this summer.

I know you have been waiting to see *something* from the session. I have just started to open these and this one popped out at me. "K," You are beautiful! Thank you for choosing me capture this special time in your life. I sure did have fun. Thank you for being so relaxed. And to *mom*, thank you for trusting my vision and for helping me lug that big sofa around.
You both are awesome. Oh, and if you are reading, Dad, thanks for helping "K" laugh. :) Had a blast with you all!
